Available shipping methods vary depending on products and shipping destinations. Merchandise that is in stock usually ships within 24-72 hours. Shipping time varies by product line.

Freight/LTL shipping

Freight / LTL shipping quotes vary depending on delivery to commercial or residential addresses.

If you require other delivery services (such as forklift or other methods), please specify when placing your orders.

Local Pick Up

This option is available for all customers, but it must be requested by calling (786) 327- 6477 or by emailing truckparts@ibgamerica.com.

Only Florida product handling and sales tax are charged unless tax-exempt documents are provided.

Customers can also come pick up products directly from the warehouse located at 11305 NW 128th St Medley, FL 33178-3118 United States. Product can be picked up when payment is confirmed: we accept PayPal, cash or check.

Return Policy

Product replacements only apply to damaged items.  All damages must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your package. Please immediately call us at (786) 327 – 6477 or contact truckparts@ibgamerica.com.

If you receive a damaged item, please take pictures of it.  This will help us expedite the return process.

Please do not attempt to install the damaged part as this will void any replacement option or claim. Product(s) must be in the condition received and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way).

Non-returnable Items include:

  • Any product that was used or fully/partially installed
  • Items Marked “Non-Returnable” (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order).
