Are all IBG Truck parts’s products eligible to returns?

The majority of products are returnable. The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items not in resellable condition

• Installed or modified items

• Free gifts or promotional items

• Defective items - Call us to file a warranty claim!

How Soon Will I Get My Refund?

After being delivered back to us, typically your refund will be issued within 7 business days or sooner.

How Will I Receive My Refund?

They will only process refunds through the original payment method. If for any reason we cannot refund back to that original payment method, then store credit is issued. If your bank does not accept refunds after a set time period, then we would issue store credit as a refund.

How Much Does Return Shipping Cost?

Return shipping cost varies based on the item and its size. However, we offer you reduced shipping costs when you use our labels to return your products. We try to do whatever we can to help your wallet!

Who Is Responsible For Return Shipping Costs?

If IBG TRUCK PARTS has made a mistake, then we assume all responsibility for your return and we will cover all shipping costs. If you ordered incorrectly or changed your mind, then we will simply deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

What If I Received The Wrong Item?

If IBG TRUCK PARTS shipped you the wrong item, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your order by calling or emailing us.

If My Item Is Damaged, Can I Return It?

If you received your item damaged in shipping, please call Customer Service at 786 327 6230

When Can I Expect My Order To Ship?

In most cases, orders ship out of our Florida warehouse in 24-48 hours. Some items are made to order and will experience longer lead times before shipping. To know for certain, you will see a lead time listed on the product listing in red text located underneath the price. Keep in mind that these lead times are estimates because the manufacturing process is not on an exact schedule. Products could experience further delays beyond the listed lead time. If back-orders occur, then we will contact you as soon as we are notified.

Will All Of My Items Arrive Together?

An order that contains multiple products may not arrive in one shipment. If the products are in stock at our headquarters in Florida, we do our best to ship your order altogether. At times, products may be in separate warehouses. To ensure you receive your product(s) as quickly as possible, you may receive items in multiple shipments that may arrive on different days.

You will receive an email notification with a tracking number when your product has shipped out. If you wish for your items to be shipped in one total shipment, you will need to contact our sales department for help to place the order to ensure that this is done.

What If My Item Arrived Damaged?

If you purchased Route shipping insurance, please see the Route section below to process your damage claim.

What If My Packaged Is Lost?

If you purchased Route shipping insurance, there is no need to contact IBG Truck Parts. If you did not purchase Route shipping insurance then please contact our customer service team immediately at 786 327 6230 or truckparts@ibgamerica.com

Freight LTL Or Oversized Shipments

Freight/LTL shipping quotes are calculated based on delivery to commercial addresses; additional fees apply to non-commercial addresses. If a commercial address wasn't provided at checkout, we will contact you with an updated shipping charge--providing a commercial address prevents delays with your order. If you'd like a quote to a non-commercial address, we are more than happy to help!

At delivery, if you cannot unload your product, additional fees may be charged by the freight carrier. IBG Truck Parts is not responsible for these charges; the decision to accept these charges lies solely with the deliver recipient.

What Is Covered Under Warranty?

Warranties cover manufacturer defects. Any damage caused during use or installation will void the warranty in most cases. To determine what warranty your product comes with, go to the product listing and look under the warranty information tab. If you do not see a warranty under that tab please call our customer service team o inquire about this.

It is the sole discretion of the manufacturer to accept or deny warranty coverage. IBG Truck Parts is not liable for product warranties although we will do our best to go to bat for our customers.
